Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) / Executive  Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director (MD)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage the MD’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential correspondence and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and official documents.
• Organize and take minutes at key meetings.
• Oversee special projects and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• 1 year experience as a PA or Executive Assistant (preferably in banking/finance).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Salary
N120,000 - N170,000 Monthly.
