Summary
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Creative Content Production Specialist to develop and contribute to our Digital content marketing initiatives and goals, ensuring our brand standards are met, and that we produce consistent, engaging content across all channels.
Position Overview
This role requires a highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented individual passionate about creative storytelling, branding, and content production. As Creative Content Producer, you will be responsible for developing high-level visual and video content that aligns with the brand’s identity and deeply connects with our audience. Working closely with the Brand Content Producer, and Digital Marketing team, to shape our content strategy, drive engagement, and produce visually compelling assets for socials, email marketing, and other key brand touchpoints.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in content creation, videography, photography, and brand storytelling, with the ability to ideate, direct, and execute innovative content campaigns. You must be highly organized, able to manage deadlines, and collaborate across teams to execute high-quality product content, technical content, vlogs, and advertisements.
Role Description
You will work alongside the Content and Marketing to:
Develop and Execute Content:
Collaborate on creating engaging product-focused content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Develop and produce video content, including vlogs, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage that showcases TSL’s products and brand story
Produce High-Quality Ads:
Produce and edit digital advertisements that effectively communicate product benefits and align with campaign goals.
Partner with the marketing team to ensure ads are optimized for performance across platforms.
Technical Content Creation:
Work closely with the team to simplify complex ideas into visually appealing technical content for TSL’s target audience.
Contribute to the creation of educational materials and technical guides about TSL’s processes and products.
Coordinate Content Production:
Ensure production schedules and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Assist with planning and coordinating shoots, including scriptwriting, framing location scouting, and set preparation.
Ensure Brand Consistency:
Maintain alignment with TSL’s visual and brand guidelines across all content.
Provide input to refine and elevate the company’s voice and messaging.
Analyze and Optimize Performance:
Monitor the performance of content and ads, using analytics to guide improvements.
Stay up-to-date with content trends, audience preferences, and platform developments to keep TSL’s strategies cutting-edge.

Content Development & Production:
Plan and execute high-quality iphone videos and photo shoots featuring models, products, and brand visuals.
Ensure content aligns with the brand’s visual identity, aesthetics, and tone.
Oversee set design, lighting, styling, and creative direction during shoots.
Filming & Editing:
Capture and edit technical product videos, cinematic brand visuals
Ensure content is optimized for various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and digital ads).
Experiment with trendy editing techniques, transitions, and dynamic storytelling.
Content Calendar & Campaign Execution
Work alongside the Brand Content Producer and Digital Marketing team to align content plans with the social media and email marketing calendar.
Collaborate on influencer & UGC content integration for campaigns.
Ensure a balance between editorial, product-driven, and brand-building content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with the community & PR associate to enhance influencer partnerships and PR content.
Partner with the digital marketing team to optimize content for performance marketing and engagement.
Coordinate with designers, stylists, and external creatives to elevate content quality.
Innovation & Creative Growth
Stay ahead of social media and content trends, integrating fresh ideas into the brand’s visual identity.
Identify and experiment with new content formats, storytelling techniques, and digital innovations.
Continuously improve production workflows for efficiency and better quality outputs.
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies, Communications, Film, Marketing, or a related field. However, strong practical experience can substitute for formal education.
2-3 years of experience in content creation, media production, or a related field.
Demonstrative experience as a content creator/producer
Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
Nice to Have:
Experience in photography and videography.
Experience in beauty, Fashion or lifestyle brands; a passion for hair and beauty trends
Familiarity with motion graphics or animation.
Knowledge of SEO and video optimization techniques.
A personal portfolio showcasing previous content work.
