We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmacy Inventory Assistant

Location: CMD Road, Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Receive, post, confirm and transfer products to our pharmacy outlets
• Provide support in maintaining and tracking inventory stock level
• Keeping track of inventory documentation/records
• Assist to manage and monitor product expiration period
• Periodic stock take reconciliation
• Support in adequate storage of fast-moving products in the store
• Assist and comply to inventory process from start to finish
• Participate actively in all the stock taking process, providing adequate support in the process
• Works closely with the Team Lead to ensure adequate stocking of relevant products, 0% lost sales and delivery of quality of health products
• Responsible for proper packaging of products to outlets
• Vetting goods physically before entry
• Uphold the pharmacy goals and objectives
• Perform any other tasks assigned by team lead

Qualifications

• BA / B.Sc / HND in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management Courses
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Attentive to details and a continuous improvement mindset
• Candidates with proximity to CMD Road, Ketu, Ojota, Ojodu Berger, Ikeja, Ogudu are encouraged to apply.
