Job Summary

• Our client is looking for an HR & Compliance Officer to lead HR operations, drive employee development, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & implement HR policies aligned with company goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding & performance management
• Manage training, development & employee well-being programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies & industry standards
• Handle employee relations, grievances & disciplinary actions
• Track HR metrics & provide data-driven insights

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree (mandatory); Bachelor’s in HR, Management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in HR & compliance (managerial experience preferred)
• Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM) is a plus
• Strong leadership, decision-making & organizational skills
• Excellent communication & conflict resolution abilities.

Salary
 N500,000 - N550,000 per month.
