Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Manager to oversee our consumer finance operations and drive strategic growth initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, operations management, and business development, with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiencies, managing teams, and implementing successful financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to foster growth and enhance operational performance in the consumer finance sector.
• Collaborate with senior management to define business objectives and KPIs aligned with the company’s vision.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the consumer finance business, ensuring streamlined processes and efficient service delivery.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Team Leadership:

• Manage a diverse team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support team members' continuous professional development.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze financial data and market trends to inform business strategies, product development, and pricing models.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational and financial performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the consumer finance industry to expand the company’s product offerings and service lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partner organizations, regulators, and industry associations.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure that all business operations comply with industry regulations and corporate policies.
• Monitor risk management protocols, implementing measures to mitigate financial and operational risks.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and develop new service offerings.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet business goals.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business management, finance, or related roles in the consumer finance industry.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in financial analysis and strategic planning.
• In-depth understanding of consumer finance products and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
