Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI and Project Manager with a strong background in human resources to join their dynamic team. 
• The ideal candidate will report directly and provide Executive support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). 
• The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing HR projects, developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive HR decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Provide Executive Support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support HR analysis and business intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement HR reporting tools.
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR reports and dashboards.
• Train and support team members in the use of Power BI and other HR tools.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Executive/Technical Assistant, preferably in an HR-related role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Human Resources, PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
