Job Title: Platform Administrator

Description
Process Compliance:
Ensure getting done100% of all jobs executed by the in house & sub-contractor teams are uploaded and closed by sub-contractor
Ensure that all Jobs under vendor confirmation process are closed with 48 hours
Ensure all jobs under review by the inhouse team and sub-contractors are closed within 48 hours
Track and upload every job done by sub-contractor and inhouse teams
Pull-out daily report on Service Now and share to sub-contractor and teams.
Ensure to all entites, on Service Now upload, counter request, pending warehouse release and vendor confirmation
Maintain record of all jobs in Customer field and HQ
Reporting:
Provide daily report of all jobs that failed on vendor confirmation process on Service Now.
Provide weekly report of all jobs not yet uploaded on Service Now by teams/sub-contractors and follow up ticket for closure
Consolidate all sub-contractors and Inhouse jobs done and report same on a monthly basis
Send daily operational report of all asset not utilized/utilized
Collate work performance data of operational process on the usage of spares for inhouse managed sites.
Monitoring of capex replacement/NRM Jobs - Service Now:
Monitor each asset collected by project teams daily
Keep record of each personnel and sub-contractor in possession of capex material
Provide regular update and destination of each capex
Provide weekly update on all servicescarried by the team
Ensure sub-contractors and Teams provide pictures, tag number and access refs, including date of installation of the job are accurately documented for assets, repairs and financial reconciliation
Data Entry and Analysis:
Use excel to capture details of material/job done on site
Analyze all categories and types of Non-Routine Maintenance (NRM) job done on site – Inhouse and sub-contractor
Maintain trackers for each job done by operational and project team
Experience & Qualifications
A Degree in relevant field
Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in similar role in a telecommunication company/industry.
Competencies:
Have relevant IT skills in MS Office applications (advanced excel)
Understanding site health and HSE
Knowledge on asset tracking and Base TransceiverStation (BTS) set up
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and management focused environment
Should have excellent personal organisation and business principal skills in accordance with modern best practise methods
Should be able to work productively, efficiently, and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and correctness.
Show willingness and ability to learn, improve and adapt if required.
