Job Summary
To drive our expansion in Nigeria, we are hiring a Head of Sales who has deep connections with C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers in top companies across Nigeria.
The ideal candidate must have B2B SaaS experience, be skilled in selling enterprise technology solutions, and have a proven track record of high-volume client acquisition.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to drive aggressive client acquisition.
Identify key enterprise targets in industries such as banking, telecom, fintech, healthcare, oil & gas, and government.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of high-value deals.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and optimize closing rates.
Secure 15 new enterprise clients per month, maintaining a consistent high-velocity sales approach.
Build strong relationships with C-suite executives, IT directors, procurement heads, and compliance officers.
Develop a structured account management strategy to ensure long-term customer retention.
Ensure an 85-90% customer retention rate through proactive relationship management.
Own the sales target for Nigeria, ensuring consistent revenue growth month-over-month.
Drive a 30-50% YoY revenue increase through enterprise sales and upselling existing customers.
Implement structured pricing models and competitive sales tactics to close high-value contracts.
Increase upselling and cross-selling revenue by 25% annually, ensuring customers maximize the value of Snaarp’s solutions.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales team, ensuring 80% quota achievement.
Implement a structured sales playbook within the first 90 days for scalable success.
Provide continuous coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance the team’s closing capabilities.
Drive a results-driven culture that prioritizes speed, efficiency, and revenue growth.
Develop and expand Snaarp’s partnership network, securing 5-10 strategic partners per year.
Ensure at least 30% of total revenue comes from channel partners and reseller networks.
Build strategic alliances with global and regional cybersecurity and cloud solution providers.
Actively participate in global enterprise sales presentations, leading or co-leading at least 12 major presentations per year.
Publish and speak at 6+ industry panels, interviews, or white papers annually to position Snaarp as a thought leader.
Represent Snaarp at major industry conferences and technology summits, engaging with top decision-makers.
Qualifications / Skills
7+ years of proven sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or enterprise technology.
Proven track record of high-volume sales, securing at least 15 enterprise clients per month.
Strong network of C-level executives and decision-makers in Nigeria’s top industries.
Expertise in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and managing high-stakes negotiations.
Experience in building and scaling high-performance sales teams.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
Available to travel.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.
Passionate about technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise data protection.
