We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Information Technology Supervisor

Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Manage the hard and soft IT infrastructure of the company.
• Explore technology to support digital sales team create strong awareness of company’s brand through social media, and other platforms.
• Work with partners and other service providers to implement an end to end technology process for sales of products online.
• Maintenance of company’s website
• Interacts on a regular basis with business Partnered Agents and other Intermediaries to ensure their needs are understood and Information Technology updates are communicated regularly to them.
• Analyse business processes, document business requirements, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility and makes recommendations typically seeking to exploit and leverage new or existing technology components.
• Identify information technology capabilities required to support the business processes and collaborates in the development of information management strategies, developing them as an integrated part of the business strategy.
• Identify industry trends and make recommendations on how to enhance the existing business processes.
• Communicate business requirements and perform business process mapping.
• Ensure that Information Technology, Project Management, Testing and Implementation activities are established per project with Information Technology suppliers.
• Represents the business to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and per defined requirements, in-line with service levels.
• Have a sound knowledge of Information Technology requirements to grass rooting within the Microinsurance Business Models.
• Coordinates User Acceptance Testing and Training with business teams, as required per project.
• Aware of evolving regulatory, legal and economic impacts for Microinsurance Global Marketing.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
• May have indirect project team or functional area supervisory responsibility

Job Requirements
Skills / Competence Requirement:

• A First Degree in Computer science/related course in software development
• Minimum 3 years experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and solution delivery. Insurance Experience is an added advantage
