Job Description
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales? Do you have experience selling SaaS products or digital solutions to businesses? If yes, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth through B2B sales while also tapping into B2C opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling SaaS or digital learning solutions to businesses, with experience in B2C sales being an added advantage.
You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with corporate clients, closing high-value deals, and driving revenue growth.
The role is fully in-office on Lagos Island, but a hybrid arrangement may be considered for candidates who demonstrate strong home-working discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire and retain corporate clients.
Identify, prospect, and engage with key decision-makers in businesses and organizations.
Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
Pitch and present our digital learning solutions effectively to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Provide sales reports and insights to improve revenue growth strategies.
Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
Strong experience in B2B sales – SaaS, EdTech, or digital solutions preferred.
Experience in B2C sales is a plus.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools is an advantage.
Must be located on Lagos Island or willing to commute daily.

Competitive Compensation: Base salary of N200k - N300k per month, based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses of up to N500k monthly.
