Our client is seeking a proactive, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to elevate their digital presence and drive business growth.
This role requires someone who thrives on innovation, understands audience engagement, and can craft compelling content that generates measurable results.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of our social media strategy, ensuring that every post, campaign, and interaction aligns with business goals and delivers tangible impact.
Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with Eltees Farms’ marketing and sales objectives.
Create engaging, brand-aligned content (text, graphics, videos, reels) for Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube.
Implement and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Stay ahead of social media trends and leverage them to enhance engagement and visibility.
Community Engagement & Growth:
Proactively engage with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and strategic partners to expand reach and credibility.
Develop and execute interactive campaigns (challenges, giveaways, contests) to boost engagement and follower growth.
Analytics & Performance Optimization:
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using insights from analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Use data to inform strategy, optimize content, and improve ROI on campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing on content types, posting times, and ad creatives to maximize impact.
Advertising & Lead Generation:
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns that drive conversions and business growth.
Optimize ad targeting, copy, and creatives based on performance insights.
Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure social media efforts contribute to revenue generation.
Qualifications & Experience
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Proven track record of growing social media engagement and conversions.
Experience using social media analytics tools and ad management platforms.
Graphic design, video editing, and photography skills are a plus.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
