Job Description

• We’re seeking a talented entry-level Social Media Manager who’s passionate about social media, and content creation, and has a knack for storytelling and engaging online communities to manage our social media presence as the primary role while providing support for the Influencer strategist.
• You’ll be primarily responsible for handling the day-to-day management of our online presence, content strategy, creating original text, image, and video content, managing posting, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
• You’ll focus on increasing awareness of our services, showcasing our work, sharing case studies, and promoting the influencer talents we manage through the effective use of social media outlets. You’ll be tasked to monitor social media metrics, analyze and interpret the data, and make changes to the existing format for increased profitability.
• You’ll also collaborate closely with our Influencer Strategist, providing support where needed to ensure our campaigns run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Designing and Developing Social Media Strategies: Creating and developing social media strategies, setting goals to enhance the company & her talent awareness, and increase engagement.
• Managing Multiple Social Media Platforms: Overseeing all social media platforms of the company, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Content Planning and Creation: Developing content plans, and strategizing. Create, and curate compelling content.
• Performance Analysis: Conducting performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing reports, and offering recommendations for improvements.
• Scheduling Content: Managing content posting schedules, and utilizing social media management tools.
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conducting market and competitor research, and identifying the latest trends in social media to ensure the company and its talents stay at the forefront.
• Promote Company’s Work: Showcase our company’s work, case studies, and influencer collaborations through storytelling.
• Provide Support to the Influencer Strategist in campaign execution, management, and influencer-related content

Requirements

• 1 year of proven work experience as a Social media manager
• Proficiency in content development and management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Knowledge of keyword research
• Ability to think creatively and adapt to trends
• Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
