Job Title: Communication & Marketing Manager (Onsite & Fill-time)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communication & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Communication and Marketing within the construction industry.
This role is crucial for managing the procurement process and ensuring the delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create and manage content for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform tactical decisions; leverage data for continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including graphic designers, PR agencies, and media outlets.
Organize promotional events, webinars, and community outreach programs to promote brand awareness.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communication strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
Foster a positive working environment, encouraging team collaboration and innovation.
Measurable Feedback
Success in this role will be evaluated based on key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to:
Increase in brand engagement metrics (social media followers, website traffic, etc.).
Growth in successful outreach metrics (event attendance, newsletter sign-ups, etc.).
Achievement of defined campaign goals (lead generation, conversion rates, etc.).
Improvement in overall brand perception through stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field from a recognized Private University (preferred).
A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a managerial role.
Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
Experience in managing campaigns from conception to execution and analysis.
Competencies:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data and market research.
Creativity in developing engaging and impactful campaigns.
Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
