We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Resumption: Immediate
Interview Mode: Physical (Candidates must be available for an in-person interview)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work valuations for construction projects.
• Manage contracts, procurement, and financial aspects of development projects.
• Conduct risk analysis and advise on cost-saving strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure financial feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and contractual obligations.
• Monitor expenses and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 5 years
• Bachelor's Degree.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly. (Salary is still negotiable based on experience. However, candidates must be available for immediate resumption).
