Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our mobile application, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience while implementing robust backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable full-stack applications for our mobile money transfer platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create user-friendly interfaces and seamless user experiences.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend systems.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and promote best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring timely resolution to enhance user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full-stack development.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Java, and familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Remuneration

• Salary: N300,000 Monthly.
• Benefits: Health insurance, flexible hours, holiday benefits.
