• Design and execute leadership development programs.

• Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
• Implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
• Address employee concerns and drive initiatives to improve retention.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Lead change management initiatives to support business growth.
• Develop HR policies and programs that drive operational efficiency.
• Analyze HR metrics to optimize workforce performance.
