TAT Agency Limited (The Acclivial Travellers Escapade Limited) is a travel agency incorporated on the 22nd of November, 2019 to provide exceptional travel services such as: visa processing, school services, birth services, flight booking, travel insurance, and more to people with any travel needs either locally or internationally.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Development and Documentation Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• As a Product Development and Documentation Officer, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing essential travel documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and providing timely support to clients throughout the documentation process.
• You will support the development and enhancement of travel packages, services, and products tailored to the needs of various client segments.
• The officer will collaborate with different departments to facilitate smooth travel arrangements for clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify the authenticity of clients' travel documents (passports, ID cards and other documents).
• Maintain an organized system for document storage, tracking deadlines, and processing times.
• Thoroughly review and validate visa application documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness to facilitate timely processing.
• Stay updated on visa policies, travel restrictions, and relevant legal requirements in different countries.
• Work closely with other departments, such as Vacation, Visa and Customer Service, to ensure smooth coordination of travel arrangements.
• Assist clients in completing necessary forms and provide information on document submission processes.
• Research on visas and conferences for visa.
• Introduction of new packages, travel products and carrying competitive analysis with other travel agencies.
• Address client inquiries about travel documentation and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Regularly update the team on changes to visa processes and document requirements for different destinations.

Job Qualification and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism etc.)
• Strong understanding of visa processes, travel regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ethical, discreet, and professional conduct.
• Eagerness to learn and a strong commitment to professional growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
