Job Summary

• We are seeking an exceptionally talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a two-month contract basis (with potential extension). 
• The ideal candidate will have a robust portfolio demonstrating successful design and implementation of mobile apps / web applications. 
• You will play a pivotal role in transforming our innovative concepts into well-articulated, visually stunning, and user-friendly mockups. 
• Your work will directly impact the user experience and contribute to the success of our products in a dynamic and competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research and competitive analysis to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and revise designs.
• Ensure all versions of project UX/UI documents are complete, current, and stored/ archived appropriately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of projects in web app development / mobile app development.
• Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present designs and solutions to stakeholders and implement feedback with precision.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, creative arts or other relevant fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Previous experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
