We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at achieving specific monthly targets. 
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute initiatives to attract and convert leads into customers. 
• Conduct research to identify trends and customer needs, informing marketing strategies. 
• Work with sales team to ensure cohesive messaging and effective marketing efforts. 
• Prepare monthly performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any Science or Engineering field. Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a marketing role with a focus on meeting targets in a Fluid/Technical company is preferred. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent leadership and management skills. 
• High level negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
