Our major role is the maintenance, improvement of health through prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness and injuries and other physical impairment in people who are vulnerable to diabetes, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia. Job Objective
The ideal executive will drive and ensure quality of outputs, business sustainability, operational excellence, revenue growth, and client satisfaction in line with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Will provide strategic business direction and ensure business growth, profitability, and effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities / Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day running of the operations of the organization
Cultivate and coordinate regular discussions with the visioner and the senior leadership so as to understand the organization’s business strategies and work collaboratively with the team to deliver on its objectives.
Provide strategic direction and oversight to the team to drive the organization and various business units/operations toward profitable and sustainable growth.
Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the GMD and other key team members.
Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes for the subsidiary.
Provide accurate and timely reports to the GMD outlining the operational condition and all matters of importance regarding the company.
Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
Work closely with the management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company.
Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, partners and all other professional business relationships.
Establish mission-oriented goals and objectives.
Identify growth opportunities and priorities in various locations and set comprehensive goals for achieving high performance and growth.
Regularly prepare and review the company performance reports with the visioner

Requirements
Master’s Degree in related field.
A senior management executive in HMO/NGO is a MUST
5+ years of Executive level and operational experience.
Exceptional Executive presence, Leadership/Business acumen and presentation skills.
Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role
A good technocrat with attention to details and ability to create and use systems and procedures to run an organization
A core and professional administrator
An experienced project manager and people management
Understanding of business functions such as Admin, IT, Finance, Business Development etc.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
