About The Role

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the CEO. 
• The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
• This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
• Conduct research and compile information as needed
• Assist with personal tasks
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Understanding of productivity tools such as Notion, Asana, Trello, Slack, Calendly, etc
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in English

• Technical background/knowledge.
