Job Role
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets within the commercial and industrial sectors.
Identify, target, and engage potential clients, understanding their energy needs, and presenting tailored solar energy solutions to address their business challenges.
Generate leads through strategic networking, industry events, trade shows, and digital platforms to expand the client base.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders, ensuring sustained partnerships and client satisfaction.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, adapt sales strategies, and maintain a competitive edge.
Analyze client energy requirements to craft bespoke proposals, including cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments, aligning solutions with client objectives.
Articulate the benefits of solar energy and financing options, providing clear, concise explanations about technical solutions, energy savings, and ROI.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, showcasing the value and benefits of Ceesolar’s energy solutions.
Draft, review, and finalize contracts in compliance with company policies, leading negotiations to secure favorable terms for both Ceesolar and clients.
Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Evaluate potential risks related to client creditworthiness, market shifts, or project feasibility, conducting thorough due diligence to mitigate risks effectively.
Provide exceptional post-sales service, handling client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful project delivery and satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using CRM software to track progress and inform future strategies.
Partner with Ceesolar’s marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns, events, and promotional materials supporting sales initiatives.
Stay informed on emerging industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the renewable energy industry, specifically within the commercial and industrial sectors.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
Comprehensive knowledge of renewable energy products, including solar systems, energy storage, and financing options.
Strong technical understanding of solar energy systems and the ability to effectively communicate technical details to clients.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior executives and stakeholders.
Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
