Eat 'N' Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry. We officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Dispatch Rider to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of food orders, ensuring that customers receive their meals in perfect condition. 
• If you have a positive attitude, a commitment to excellent service, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!

Responsibilites

• Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Ensure that deliveries are completed accurately, with correct items, and at the specified time.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, making sure it’s always ready for the next delivery.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, including customer feedback and any issues encountered during the delivery process.
• Report any mechanical issues with the vehicle to management promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by being polite, professional, and helpful.
• Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in other tasks as needed, including restocking items or running errands for the team.

Additional Information:

• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the HOD.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / HND / BSC
