Objectives of this Role

• Drive brand awareness and position Tidyex Home Services as the go-to provider for home services.
• Increase customer acquisition and retention through targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Leverage customer insights and market trends to develop strategies that resonate with local homeowners and property managers.
• Optimize marketing efforts by analyzing campaign performance and refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Enhance the customer journey by implementing lead-nurturing tactics that convert inquiries into loyal clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the home services industry, focusing on local market needs.
• Collaborate with the SEO specialist to integrate keyword insights and optimize campaign content for search engines.
• Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and advertisements to engage target audiences.
• Monitor and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website and social media channels, to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates) to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads), HubSpot, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns).
• Experience with Zoho CRM and other marketing automation tools are required.
• Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven mindset to measure and optimize campaign performance.
