Job Title: Social Media Strategist / Social Media Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Strategist + Social Media Manager who can develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate understands the latest trends, algorithms, and audience behaviors and can craft high-performing content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth.
This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
Analyze trends, competitors, and audience insights to optimize content strategy.
Identify new opportunities for brand visibility and engagement.
Develop social media campaigns that align with brand goals and marketing initiatives.
Content Planning & Management:
Oversee the content calendar and ensure the timely posting of engaging high-quality content.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce viral and shareable content.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Track and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
Prepare performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Adjust strategies based on data, trends, and audience feedback.
Paid Social Advertising (Preferred but not required)
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads).
Optimize ad spend and targeting for maximum ROI.
Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Optimize posts with strategic hashtags, captions, and platform-specific best practices.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
Community Management & Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
Implement engagement strategies to increase audience interaction and retention.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing techniques.
Experiment with new content formats and engagement tactics to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
Develop influencer and partnership collaborations to expand brand reach.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Proven track record of growing social media accounts and executing successful campaigns.
Experience working in fast-paced digital environments.
Deep knowledge of platform algorithms and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Meta Business Suite).
Familiarity with content creation tools like Inshot, Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite.
Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity and ability to adapt to changing trends quickly.
