We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer / Project Manager + Personal Assistant to support our CEO and manage the company’s digital presence.
This role is crucial in ensuring seamless business operations, brand growth, and online engagement.
This role requires someone who is efficient, reliable, and resourceful, with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and experienced in digital marketing, content creation, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Personal Assistance
Manage the CEO’s schedule and emails, as well as all documents and files.
Organize calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle phone calls, correspondence, and email communications.
Conduct research, data entry, and assist with project coordination.
Run personal and business-related errands.
Oversee household tasks and coordinate with vendors and staff.
Plan and assist with events, reservations, and logistics.
Maintain records, files, and confidential information.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and anticipate needs.
Capture high-quality photos and videos for digital content.
Edit and produce engaging social media content (Reels, Stories, posts).
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all platforms.
Organize and label media files for efficient content management.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates.
Digital Marketing & Strategy:
Track and analyze social media and marketing performance metrics.
Develop and manage paid digital marketing campaigns.
Align social media strategies with overall marketing and business goals.
Use analytics tools to measure engagement, audience growth, and content effectiveness.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years in digital marketing and social media management (2 + years preferred).
Content Creation: Strong photography, video editing, and graphic design skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Organization & Communication: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent at multitasking.
Creativity & Growth Mindset: Proven success in growing a brand’s social media presence.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office.

Salary: N100,000 per month ++ (negotiable based on experience)
