Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Creation: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content for digital platforms, campaigns, and brand communication.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media Management: Plan and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Copywriting & Messaging: Craft compelling messages for diverse audiences, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Public Relations & Brand Management: Build and sustain strong media relationships, manage public perception, and execute PR strategies.
• Customer Success & Engagement: Drive customer satisfaction through strategic communication and engagement initiatives.
• Leadership & Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and leadership in communication-related projects while working closely with different teams.
• Marketing & Campaigns: Develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives and generate measurable results.
• Crisis Communication: Handle communication strategies during sensitive situations to maintain a positive brand image.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong digital marketing expertise, with hands-on experience in SEO, paid media, and content programming.
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent leadership, managerial, and project management skills.
• Highly creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure communication effectiveness.
• Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
