Job Context
We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, possess strong analytical skills, and be capable of executing campaigns across multiple online channels.
As part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving traffic, generating leads, and enhancing customer engagement through data-driven strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, etc.).
SEO & Content Management: Perform keyword research, optimize website content, and develop on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and site traffic.
PPC & Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring high ROI and lead generation effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and provide regular reports on campaign performance, web traffic, and conversion metrics.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), focusing on audience engagement and lead generation.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns that nurture leads, improve customer retention, and drive conversions. Utilize email automation tools to segment and personalize messaging.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with lead generation and sales objectives. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to create high-impact assets.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Experience in B2B or technology-focused marketing is an advantage.
