Job Context

• We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team.
• As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces while ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.
• You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and iterate on digital products that exceed user expectations and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, business objectives, and project goals.
• Conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and user interactions.
• Design aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and best design practices.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and design critiques, continuously improving the user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing assets, specifications, and guidance as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in UI/UX design, advocating for innovation and excellence within the team.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders, soliciting feedback and buy-in throughout the design process.

Requirements
Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)

Experience Requirements:

• 4 - 7 years experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards, with a focus on creating inclusive and accessible designs.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Proto.io, or Principle.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.

Additional Requirements:
