Caston Vienna Tutors is a homeschooling company that recruits, trains, and employs teachers to help parents of babies and toddlers homeschool their children. Homeschooling is a form of education where children are taught at home instead of attending a traditional school. Homeschooling can offer a personalized and flexible learning experience, allowing students to progress at their own pace and focus on areas of interest. We also serve parents who need after school help for their children. We are based in Port Harcourt, Rivers.

Job Title: Full Time Homeschooling Teacher

Location: Rumuodara, Woji, Elelenwo - Rivers

About the Role

• We require the services of a passionate and dedicated Homeschool Teacher residing in the above locations who can work with a learner to join our team.
• As a Homeschool Teacher with Caston Vienna Tutors, you will be responsible for implementing engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to the individual needs and the child's learning style.
• You will provide comprehensive instruction across various subjects, fostering a love of learning and academic excellence.
• You will also create content for promoting Caston Vienna Tutorsas part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Adapt teaching methods to suit the child's learning style and pace.
• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment within the child's home.
• Monitor child progress, provide regular feedback to parents and the agency, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of child attendance, assignments, and grades.
• Collaborate with parents and company staff to ensure effective communication and support for the student.
• Prepare the child for assessments and examinations.
• Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor at all times
• Communicate everything possible with the admins.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-6 years of experience.
• Must be willing to enter a 1-year contract
• Must reside in the above locations.
• Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or homeschooling.
• Strong understanding of various teaching methodologies and curriculum frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed.
• Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Excellent references.
