Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead our user insights efforts and help us design delightful, intuitive, impactful and scalable experiences.
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be a key advocate for the voice of the user. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to uncover actionable insights that inform product strategy and design decisions.
Your research will guide the creation of innovative and impactful digital solutions that align with both user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
Research Planning & Execution:
Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies (interviews, surveys, usability tests, etc.).
Develop comprehensive research strategies to address key product and business questions.
User Insights:
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and communicate them through compelling reports, presentations, and workshops.
Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
Collaboration:
Partner with product managers, designers, data analysts, and engineers to prioritize research questions and integrate findings into product strategies.
Facilitate design thinking workshops and co-creation sessions to inspire product innovation.
Methodology Development:
Innovate and standardize research methodologies and best practices.
Develop scalable research frameworks to support rapid testing and learning cycles.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Present research findings to senior stakeholders and influence product strategy with user-driven insights.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in UX research, preferably within a fast-paced digital product environment.
Strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Experience with tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, and survey platforms.
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with product designers and managers.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple research initiatives.
Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
Familiarity with Figma.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
