Furniture Republic is a furniture manufacturing company situated in the FCT Abuja. We are into poduction, delivery and installation of a wide variety of quality furniture in Nigeria.

Job Title: Interior Design Architect / Marketer

Location: Kado, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• An Interior Design Architect creates functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe interior spaces, combining architecture and interior furnishing expertise. 
• They work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring designs to life.
• An Interior Design Architect / Marketer works at advertising ongoing and finished projects and furniture products to the professional space and also engage incustomer relations in order to makesales.

Role and Responsibilities
Marketing and Content Creation:

• Understand the needs, preferences, and trends within the interior design industry in Nigeria
• Develop marketing strategies to promote Furniture Republic's products to customers, architects, interior designers, and related professionals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects and interior designers, through social media, networking events, trade shows, conferences, and other relevant platforms
• Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content
• Design company brochures, catalogues and price tags for online uploads and hard copy prints
• Design presentation slides and other marketing materials targeted towards the interior design community.

Architectural Expertise:

• Effectively communicate the features and design of Furniture Republic's products to the target audience.
• Effectively communicate how our furniture solutions can meet specific project requirements.
• Meet with clients to understand project goals, preferences, and budget
• Carry out site measurements
• Create detailed designs, specifications, and production drawings
• Select materials, finishes and furniture
• Follow up on production and installation

Requirements

• A graduate Degree in Architecture is required.
• Proven experience in marketing, especially within the architecture and design industry, is preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related tools is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities to establish connections within the architecture and design community.
• Passion for interior design and furniture products, with an eye for aesthetics and functionality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving marketing strategies.

Software Proficiency:

• Conversant with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other related design software, to create visual representations of Furniture Republic's products for marketing purposes.
• Experienced with photography and photo editing software
• Experienced with videography and video editing software
• Experienced with graphic design
• Conversant with social media management tools
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Time management skill
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies

Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical assistance during client presentations and product demonstrations.
• Address architectural inquiries and provide product-related information to potential clients.
