Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Sales Officer with a strong background in deposit mobilization, banking, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships, driving investment sales, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Deposit Mobilization – Identify, attract, and secure investment funds from both new and existing clients.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate investors.
- Sales & Business development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed investment targets.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and market opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Financial Advisory Support: Educate clients on investment opportunities and financial products tailored to their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in deposit mobilization, banking, sales, or financial services.
- Proven track record in investment sales and client relationship management.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
