Mission Objective
The Operations Facilities unit provides technical and programmatic support services in the areas of Facility & Safety Management, External Facility Management, IT, Fleet Management and expansion Project Management which is critical to achieving the organization’s mission through resource planning, coordination, and management to support the organization's internal and external stakeholders.
The Operations Manager oversees the provision of facilities, Safety and fleet management services and makes strategic decisions for the growth of the Operations department and is involved in quality management and improvement programs in the organization to ensure high-quality patient experience.
Duties And Responsibilities
Purpose:
Writing, updating and implementing JCI policies.
Develop, recommend, and administer policies, procedures, and processes in support of grounds and building maintenance operations; implement and monitor compliance with approved policies, procedures, and processes.
Engagement:
Emergency Codes training across all EHA Clinics facilities.
Make aware of opportunities/challenges emerging in program/service area (specify)
Liaise with the Supply Chain department to manage operations vendors. Emergency Codes training across all EHA Clinics facilities.
Engage with government agencies to ensure statutory compliance.
Delivery:
Monitoring Operational Performance Of Security Service Providers. Initiating cost-saving strategies.
Generate departmental reports to be analyzed by the Chief Operating Officer. Collect and analyze a variety of complex data and information, including utility costs and usage. Perform statistical analysis and summarize findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums.
Managing/monitoring team KPI, budgeting, tracking and Planning. Audit of Office Premises & Building's Security & Safety.
Initiating cost-saving strategies.
Targeted Specialized Knowledge
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Management or any related field
At least one year post-NYSC-related experience
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Knowledge of project and task management tools is an added advantage.
