Job Summary

• We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients in the 360 experiential marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and relationship-building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and account management, to develop and implement sales strategies and drive business results.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their marketing objectives through 360 experiential marketing solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance targets, demonstrating a results-driven and self-motivated approach.
• Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification 
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the 360 experiential marketing industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases.
• Strong network of contacts in the industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 / month.
