Job Description

• We are seeking a self-motivated and highly skilled individual to lead the school as the Head of School. 
• The ideal candidate will have substantial administrative and leadership experience, strong computer skills (preferably with experience teaching IT-related courses), and a proven ability to build effective processes and structures. 
• The candidate must also have the ability to promote the school’s programs and grow enrollment.
• This is an exciting opportunity to lead a forward-thinking educational institution that equips students with cutting-edge programming and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities
Leadership and Administration:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, inspire, and manage a team of educators and administrative staff to deliver exceptional educational services.
• Implement and maintain policies, academic standards, and best practices to ensure the success of both staff and students.
• Provide guidance, support, and professional development for staff members.

Curriculum Development and Teaching:

• Oversee the development, implementation, and delivery of the school’s programming and mathematics curriculum.
• Support teachers in adopting innovative teaching methods and incorporating technology into lessons.
• Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and is engaging, effective, and future-focused.

Process and Structure Development:

• Develop and refine processes to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery across the school.
• Establish clear communication channels and feedback systems for staff, students, and parents.
• Build a robust evaluation and performance management system for both teaching and administrative teams.

Sales and Marketing:

• Take a proactive role in the marketing and promotion of the school’s programs, increasing visibility and attracting new students.
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, businesses, and stakeholders to enhance the school’s reputation.
• Lead efforts in recruiting students, using sales and marketing strategies to meet enrollment targets.

School Growth and Development:

• Identify and implement opportunities for growth, such as new courses, collaborations, and educational partnerships.
• Develop and manage the school’s annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability.
• Foster a positive and innovative culture within the school that supports student success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and administrative experience, preferably in an educational institution.
• Strong computer and IT skills, with experience in teaching IT-related subjects (e.g., programming, mathematics).
• Excellent sales and marketing skills, with a focus on growing student enrollment and promoting educational programs.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain effective processes and structures within the school.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
