Ardova Plc is a Nigerian leading indigenous and integrated energy company involved in the distribution of petroleum products. With an extensive network of over 450 retail outlets in Nigeria and significant storage facilities in Apapa, Lagos and Onne, Rivers State, we procure and distribute petrol (PMS), diesel (AGO), kerosene (DPK) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Our services also involve the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of quality lubricants from our oil blending plant in Apapa, Lagos. These lubricants include: Super V, Visco 2000 and Diesel Motor Oil. We are also the sole authorised distributor of Shell branded Helix Engine Oils in Nigeria.

Assist in creating strategic frameworks and supporting short- to long-term planning.
Conduct basic financial modeling and market research to support data-driven decisions.
Market Research & Insights:
Gather and interpret market data, industry trends, and competitor information.
Present findings in easy-to-understand formats for internal stakeholders.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with various departments to support the rollout of strategic projects.
Track milestones, share updates, and help overcome operational roadblocks.
Opportunity Exploration:
Explore potential business development leads and partnership opportunities.
Contribute to due diligence processes, feasibility studies, and recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with more senior strategists, providing analytical support and fresh insights.
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the Strategy Division.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
1 - 2 years of experience in consulting, finance, or strategy-related roles (exposure to oil & gas is a plus).
Some familiarity with data analysis and/or project management.
Technical/Professional Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) considered an advantage.
