Pecroyal Educonsult was established in January, 2016 to work with school owners to ensure that their schools are run in line with International Best Practices thereby meeting up with International Standards. We help manage school’s finances, ensure increased cash in-flow and reduce operational cost. In addition to these, we help build committed and dedicated work force that will work as a team to achieve the school’s vision.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Primary School Teacher

Locations: Surulere, Ogba, Isheri-Opic & Ketu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback
• Support students' academic and personal development
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance learning outcomes
• Maintain discipline and ensure classroom order.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in a primary school
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and child-centered teaching methods
• Excellent classroom management and lesson planning skills
• Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for mentoring and motivating young learners.
