Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Direct Sales Agents to join the team.
• As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and selling our financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide excellent customer service and increase sales
• Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and objectives
• Present and sell financial products and services to clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the financial sector
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
