Role Summary

• Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to enhance brand visibility, attract new business, and maximize revenue. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.

Marketing and Brand Development:

• Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s services and packages.
• Manage all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and the hotel's website.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Event and Partnership Management:

• Work closely with the events team to market and coordinate events such as weddings, conferences, and parties hosted at the hotel.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and tourism agencies to drive traffic to the hotel.

Revenue Management:

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and average daily rate (ADR).
• Develop and promote special offers, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs to boost occupancy and revenue.

Team Collaboration

• Train and lead the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent execution of strategies and goals.
• Work closely with other departments, including front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping, to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
