Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• Someone who will manage the organization's IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to users.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and software.
• Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and internet connections.
• Provide technical support to staff, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place.
• Conduct regular system updates and implement cybersecurity measures.
• Maintain IT inventory records, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
• Assist in the procurement and setup of new hardware and software.
• Conduct user training sessions and create IT manuals for staff.
• Liaise with third-party vendors for system upgrades and repairs.
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years’ experience.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems and hardware.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Net Monthly.
