Job Overview

• Our client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Research and Strategy Analyst to support the delivery of exceptional research, insights, and project execution across various impact-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Research and Analysis:

• Design, plan, and conduct primary and secondary research to generate high-quality insights.
• Collect and analyse data using qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• Identify key trends, make inferences, and develop actionable recommendations.

Project Support and Coordination:

• Assist with tracking, prioritizing, and organizing tasks across multiple projects.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones and outputs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project goals forward.

Communication and Presentation:

• Develop clear, visually appealing, and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Synthesise complex ideas into concise, compelling narratives.
• Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and other written communication materials.

Technology and Innovation:

• Leverage AI tools and other digital resources to enhance efficiency in research, data analysis, and presentation development.
• Explore and recommend new tools or processes to improve workflows.

General Support:

• Provide administrative and organisational support, ensuring seamless operations across projects.
• Monitor deadlines and assist in task management to ensure accountability and progress.

Qualifications and Skills
Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Research Methods, or related disciplines).
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in research, consulting, strategy, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualisation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research and efficiency.
  • Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge for data analysis.
  • Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent work.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of impact investing, workforce development, or related fields is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, or any advanced strategic analysis tools is an advantage.

Compensation
Competitive and commensurate with experience.
