Job Overview
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Research and Strategy Analystto support the delivery of exceptional research, insights, and project execution across various impact-focused initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for research and problem-solving, outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create high-quality presentations.

Key Responsibilities
Research and Analysis:
Design, plan, and conduct primary and secondary research to generate high-quality insights.
Collect and analyse data using qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
Identify key trends, make inferences, and develop actionable recommendations.
Project Support and Coordination:
Assist with tracking, prioritizing, and organizing tasks across multiple projects.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones and outputs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project goals forward.
Communication and Presentation:
Develop clear, visually appealing, and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
Synthesise complex ideas into concise, compelling narratives.
Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and other written communication materials.
Technology and Innovation:
Leverage AI tools and other digital resources to enhance efficiency in research, data analysis, and presentation development.
Explore and recommend new tools or processes to improve workflows.
General Support:
Provide administrative and organisational support, ensuring seamless operations across projects.
Monitor deadlines and assist in task management to ensure accountability and progress.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Research Methods, or related disciplines).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in research, consulting, strategy, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualisation tools.
Familiarity with AI tools for research and efficiency.
Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge for data analysis.
Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).
Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaboration and stakeholder management.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent work.
Preferred:
Knowledge of impact investing, workforce development, or related fields is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, or any advanced strategic analysis tools is an advantage.
