Job Summary

• This role involves managing and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• The Relationship Manager will develop financial solutions tailored to clients’ needs, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
• Provide expert financial advice and customized solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Monitor clients’ accounts and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and achieve business objectives.
• Keep up to date with market trends and industry regulations to offer relevant financial guidance.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial bank.
• BSC/HND in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in relationship management.

Salary
According to banking grade.
