Job Overview

• We are seeking a Programs Lead to strategize, oversee, and execute impactful programs that align with the organization's mission. 
• You will lead the programs team, collaborate with other units, and ensure programs are sustainable, on time, and within budget. 
• This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and program management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development: Design and implement initiatives that align with organizational goals and ensure measurable impact.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the programs team, fostering collaboration and success.
• Program Management: Oversee multiple programs, ensuring timely delivery and financial accountability.
• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Reporting & Evaluation: Track program progress, assess impact, and provide reports to senior management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with partners, donors, mentors, and government agencies.
• Innovation & Growth: Identify new program opportunities and work with partners to deliver innovative solutions.

Skills and Competencies

• Passionate about social impact and entrepreneurship.
• Proficient in program management tools and software.
• Financial management experience, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Strong strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 years experience.
