We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Zoho CRM Specialist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting Line: The role reports to the ED

Job Description

  • The Zoho CRM Specialist will manage, customize, and optimize our Zoho CRM system to enhance customer relationship management and streamline business operations.
  • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for training sales teams on using Zoho CRM effectively, ensuring they leverage its full potential to improve customer interactions and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize and maintain the Zoho CRM platform to meet business and operational needs.
  • Implement and optimize workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems. (ensuring that KPIs of each sales person are captured and able to be monitored)
  • Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure each dashboard is fully customized to their needs and to ensure a 90% utilization of the software and its feature & tools.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting issues related to Zoho CRM and integrated systems.
  • Train sales teams on using Zoho CRM, including modules for leads, contacts, opportunities, and reporting. (Quarterly capturing their progress and areas of difficulty).
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine CRM strategies and align them with business objectives.
  • Send out surveys for customer satisfaction with our brands in the Tranter group on, Product satisfaction, collation of industry insights, development of campaigns for specific groups of CRM database i.e all Upmanager and SPD users, support accounts, with directed messages. (2 emails per brand monthly)
  • Work with the head of sales and senior management to optimize their bi-weekly presentation.
  • Teach all sales managers on how to give a quick presentation of their performance and that of their team using their dashboard.
  • Lead tracking from external sources and telesales to ensure we stay within the expected timeline of lead development.
  • The CRM should be able to give alerts on all leads development timeline for timeline for closure, qualification, financials, POC etc. (time allowed for each lead stays needs to be given by sale per product)
  • Ability to assist the sales operations and communications teams with data on achievements relevant to their KPIs.
  • Automated renewal emails, automated client birthday emails etc,
  • A can do positive spirit and a supportive attitude.
  • Must be proactive with speed. Ability to meet monthly meeting targets and escalate to senior managers when encountering challenges.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 4 - 5 years work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho products, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Desk.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, with a preference for Zoho
  • Proficiency in workflow automation, customizations, and API integrations.
  • Experience in training sales teams and conducting workshops on CRM utilization.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on creating actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
