Job Brief
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern for our client in the Real Estate sector to assist the Estate Management
The Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Estate Manager/Suoervisor in their day-to-day activities related to property management, valuations, acquisitions, disposals, and other real estate-related tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of real estate principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in Property Inspections: Accompany senior staff in property inspections and assessments to understand maintenance needs, property conditions, and potential issues.
Tenant Relations: Support in maintaining positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of property transactions, lease agreements, and other documents.
Market Research: Conduct research on the local real estate market, including property values, rental rates, and market trends.
Assist in Marketing: Collaborate on marketing efforts to attract potential tenants or buyers, which may include creating property listings and online marketing campaigns.
Requirements
A Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
0 - 1 year of work experience.
Previous experience or internships in real estate, property management, or a related area is advantageous.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret real estate market data.
Proficiency in using real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the real estate industry.
Salary
N50,000 monthly.
