Job Summary

• Are you a goal-driven professional with strong marketing and sales skills? A leading Microfinance Bank is hiring Business Development Officers to drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote the bank’s products and services to potential customers.
• Drive account opening and customer onboarding.
• Develop quality risk assets (loans) while ensuring compliance.
• Monitor disbursed loans and ensure the recovery of at-risk portfolios.

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years experience in similar role
• Strong marketing and business development skills.
• Ability to work in Ikeja, Mile 12, Jankara, and Kara.
• Must be proactive and results-oriented.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
