Job Summary
As the Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage and grow our online presence across multiple channels, including social media, freelancing platforms, WhatsApp, and influencer collaborations.
You will oversee content creation, SEO strategies, lead generation, and community engagement, using WhatsApp to communicate directly with leads and clients.
This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can optimize content and campaigns to drive growth and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
Plan, schedule, and post engaging content to increase followers, drive traffic, and build brand awareness.
Optimize social media profiles to enhance visibility and engagement through SEO best practices.
Analyze audience engagement and content performance, adjusting strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
Freelancing Account Management:
Manage and optimize freelancing accounts on platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others.
Send targeted proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain relationships with clients.
Ensure profiles are optimized for SEO to attract relevant leads and clients.
Track performance on freelancing platforms, ensuring consistent growth and client satisfaction.
SEO & Digital Marketing Optimization:
Conduct keyword research to optimize all digital assets, including socialmedia profiles, freelancing platforms, and content.
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings on relevant platforms.
Monitor performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.
WhatsApp Account Management & Chat:
Manage customer inquiries and leads via WhatsApp, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Use WhatsApp as a tool for engagement, lead qualification, and customer support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely assistance and information via chat.
Create WhatsApp broadcast lists for promotions, updates, and customer engagement.
Use WhatsApp to help nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
Influencer Outreach & Collaboration:
Identify and approach influencers that align with our brand and target audience.
Manage influencer relationships and collaborations, ensuring successful campaigns and measurable results.
Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns to optimize future partnerships.
Content Creation & Strategy:
Collaborate with the graphics and content teams to create eye-catching, on-brand social media posts and marketing materials.
Implement brand storytelling to engage our audience and promote Design Synchrony’s services.
Regularly review and optimize content for SEO, audience engagement, and conversion.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
Use social media, freelancing platforms, WhatsApp, and other digital channels to generate high-quality leads.
Optimize lead-generation funnels and track conversions to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Develop targeted campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
Analytics & Performance Reporting:
Track and report on key performance metrics for social media, freelancing platforms, WhatsApp interactions, and influencer campaigns.
Provide regular updates on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
Adjust digital marketing strategies based on performance insights and analytics.
Community Management:
Actively engage with customers, prospects, and followers across social media and freelancing platforms.
Respond to inquiries, feedback, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Build and nurture long-term relationship
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and SEO optimization.
Proven Success: Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, SEO optimization, and freelancing platform growth.
Skills: Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, etc.), and paid ad platforms.
WhatsApp Management: Experience managing WhatsApp business accounts, handling customer inquiries, and utilizing WhatsApp for business communication.
Creativity: Ability to create engaging and creative content for social media, blogs, and websites.
Influencer Outreach: Experience identifying, reaching out to, and collaborating with influencers.
SEO Knowledge: Deep understanding of SEO strategies and keyword research to drive organic traffic and enhance visibility.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and tasks simultaneously.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
