The Junior Associate is expected to work closely with senior consultants and clients to analyze data, develop strategies, and implement solutions that drive business performance and other client objectives
Detailed Job Description
Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
Participate in client meetings to gather requirements to understand project scope.
Conduct thorough research and data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for clients.
Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to interpret data accurately.
Collaborate with the Head of Consulting and other senior consultants to develop and refine strategic recommendations for clients.
Contribute to the creation of detailed project plans and timelines.
Assist in the execution of project plans, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Provide support in implementing recommended solutions and monitoring progress.
Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance consulting methodologies and deliverables.
Assist with designing proposals for marketing purposes
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus but not mandatory
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in management consulting.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex business problems.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
Ability to create technical documentation, reports, and user manuals.
Proficiency in drafting clear and detailed technical specifications.
Ability to work effectively within project teams, supporting colleagues, sharing responsibilities, and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
Ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
Flexibility to work on diverse projects and in different industries.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
