UMERA Farms Limited is an Agro-allied company, registered in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 of the Corporate Affairs Commission on the 18th August, 2020. UMERA Farms operate in the diversified agribusiness; livestock and crop farming production, with our primary focus on cashew crop production. The Nutty Park Cashew Plantation was launched August 2020 with the vision of being the largest cashew plantation in Africa through aggregation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farm Portfolio Assistant

Location: Ogbomoso, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• The Farm Portfolio Assistant is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of farm owners and their estates.
• They ensure that all data is up to date and communicate effectively with owners regarding their farm investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update detailed records of farm owners and their portfolios.
• Ensure accurate documentation of ownership, payments, and agreements.
• Communicate regularly with farm owners to provide updates and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with the portfolio manager and administrative officer to manage portfolio-related data.
• Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database tools.
